THE NAMES OF THE PEOPLE IN THIS STORY HAVE BEEN CHANGED TO PROTECT THE INNOCENT. THIS IS A REAL HAPPENING...
Well, even with school being out, the first of the boys are actually starting to show a little interest in me (even if they're too scared to ask me out, which I understand). This happened to be true for two boys in particular, Alan and Ty. These two boys are both very smart, athletic, and just a little sarcastic...
Alan is the strong and silent type. He's a bit sarcastic and mean, and other than the fact we're both 4.0 and athletic, we have nothing in common. He puts the "opposites attract" into real life context. Everybody in the school has been trying to get us together.
Ty, however, is also like Alan, but he's more free spirited, though he can also be mean. I've known him since kindergarten, but I did like him for a while. Unfortunately, that was over now, and I was kind of liking Alan a bit more.
Now, I decided that I'd go Alan over Ty, because I had been crushing on him for a while, and everybody was happy about it...
Except for Ty. He's upset.
Ty sits between Alan and I in Math and Science. I don't know how to ease up the slight tension. Ty now dislikes Alan, though they were really good friends. I don't want to dump Alan, but I don't know what to do. Help?

The best I can think of is to at least try talking to Ty and come to an understanding of some sorts. Simply ignoring or not doing anything about it won't help from what I figured. He's definitely going to need time to accept that you're not with him and hopefully stay on good terms with Alan.
Sorry. This may not be the best advice. I tend to avoid drama like this rather than face it head on. :/

Aww, I am sorry Dako. Like Ki said, you should try talking to him. If he really cares about you he should try to understand.
I don't think you should Dump Alan if you did not really like Ty.

YAY~ Advice!
Unfortunately, the day after I posted this, the problem was fixed. Ty's an odd character... But you guys must have been giving me advice through telepathy because Mrs. Oak (changed name, again. :D) gave us a new seating arrangement, and then Ty actually kicks Alan out of his seat so that he comes over and sits by me in Math. Boy's are confuzzling...
Thanks guys~
